Online refund policy
Tantrum is happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 28 days of delivery. Your refund will be credited to the original payment card, if you have used a Tantrum giftcard, your refund will automatically be credited to the original giftcard. If you no longer have the original giftcard please contact Customer Services on 083-454-0251.
Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any tags must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Refund policy exclusions
We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on gift cards, hairbrushes, opened/used/damaged items, unless faulty.
THIS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS RELATING TO FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS OR YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDERS UNDER THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (PROTECTION OF CONSUMERS IN RESPECT OF CONTRACTS MADE BY MEANS OF COMMUNICATION) REQULATIONS 2001. FURTHER DETAILS OF WHICH ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE NATIONAL CONSUMER AGENCY OR CITIZENS' INFORMATION CENTRE.
Online cancellation policy
Under the European Communities (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts Made by Means of Distance Communication) Regulations 2001, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order (other than in respect of goods made to your specification, clearly personalised or unsealed audio or video recording or computer software). Any delivery charges will be the customer's responsibility.

If you have contacted us to cancel your order before you have received your goods, unless cancellation takes place within 30 minutes of your order, your cancelled order cannot be stopped and will be delivered to you. Please refuse any delivery of cancelled goods, post them back to us. In the meantime you must take reasonable care of them. You will not be charged for postal returns in accordance with our returns policy.
Further details of your rights under European Communities (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts made by Means Distance Communication) Regulations 2001 are available from the National Consumer Agency or Citizens' Information Centre.
Refunds will be administered within 14 days of the return item being returned to us and processed. We will acknowledge receipt of returns by email.
